Paragraph (1) No one shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without the prior consent of the operator or administrator of the Internet website.

Paragraph (2) No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph (1).

Paragraph (3) No one shall know that the e-mail address is prohibited from collection, sale and distribution in accordance with the provisions of Paragraphs (1) and (2) and use it to transmit information.
