Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Methods of Exercising Rights)

In accordance with Article 41 Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, you can do so in writing, e-mail, or fax, and the CUKIZ website will take action without delay. This can be done through the legal representative of the information subject or an agent such as a delegated person. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in the form of Annex No. 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act. The request to view and suspend the processing of personal information may be restricted by the rights of the information subject in accordance with Article 35, Paragraph 5 and Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act. Requests for correction or deletion of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specified as the object of collection under other laws and regulations. The Korea Standard Information Network verifies whether the person who made the request for access, correction or deletion, or suspension of processing in accordance with the rights of the information subject is the person himself or his or her legitimate representative.

Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
